Vineyard
Maison Vincent Girardin, created in 1982 with 2 hectares, has developed its activity over the years, adding a trading activity in 1990, carried out head-on and with talent. Bought in 2012 by the Compagnie des vins d'autreviens, Maison Girardin is managed by Eric Germain, Technical Director and oenologist of the House since 2002, who remains on the same path, perpetuating his haute couture wine ethics.

Winemaking
Manual harvest, sorting on the vines and in the vat room, partial destemming of the harvest, then placed in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats. Alcoholic fermentation with native yeasts naturally present on the berries can then begin and lasts approximately 3 weeks.

Tasting
It is a wine with an intense and deep color, a rich bouquet with aromas of red fruits and notes where the wood is delicate and melted. The mouth is full and silky. Its structure presents fine tannins and a firm and powerful finish.
