E.Guigal fait partie des principaux producteurs de vins de la Vallée du Rhône. La propriété a été créée par Étienne Guigal en 1946, mais appartient actuellement à Philipe Guigal de la 3e génération. Le vignoble s'étend sur plus 215 hectares. Ils sont répartis entre le village d'Ampuis et les communes environnantes. Les vignes se situent sur des terroirs d'appellation Côte-Rôtie, Hermitage, Crozes-Hermitage et Saint-Joseph. La maison produit également d'autres grandes appellations méridionales de la vallée du Rhône telles que le Châteauneuf-du-Pape, le Gigondas et le Tavel.
