A lovely Pinot Noir from the Loire Valley: Light ruby ​​colour. Nose of fresh fruit, cherry and plum. The palate is supple and light, without tannins, finishing with notes of candied fruit. It is best served slightly chilled, around 14°C and goes wonderfully with starters such as summer salads, chicken breasts, flank steak with shallots or veal shank… not forgetting goat’s cheese.
