pepper). The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a juicy frame, a ne juiciness, tension, a ne richness/concentration, a beautiful ness as well as a ne straightness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crushed strawberry, crushed cassis and small notes of crushed blackberry
associated with touches of small red berries, violet, rose as well as very discreet hints of cardamom, nutmeg and subtle hints of chocolate (on the nish).

Deep garnet-purple colored, the 2017 La Dame de Bouärd leaps from the glass with fragrant raspberry pie, crushed plums and boysenberries scents plus hints of cinnamon stick, rosehip tea and wild thyme. Medium-bodied, soft and juicy in the mouth, it has a wonderfully fragrant finish.
