It is a family estate located in the heart of the Côte Chalonnaise, a few kilometers west of Givry. If its origins date back to the 17th century, its development is recent, with the action of Michel in the 1960s. Today, his sons Guy and Jean-Yves are in charge of a 35-hectare vineyard. The Sarrazins have chosen to use reasoned control in order to limit chemical inputs and soil degradation.
Made from Chardonnay grape. Yellow color with green reflections. Rich on the palate with toasted and vanilla aromas. Wine of youth but knowing how to age beautifully. |
