Château de Rouillac was a delicious wine in the 19th century, a favorite of Napoleon III!
It then belonged to Baron Haussmann, a great builder and horseman who commissioned the construction of the magnificent Chartreuse and its beautiful stables. Laurent Cisneros and his family, owners since 2010, have undertaken significant renovations and rediscovered the soul of this superb estate, restoring the full expression of the exceptional Graves terroir. To respect this unique environment, this wine is produced using sustainable farming practices.

Tasting Notes:
A wine more marked by Sauvignon Blanc. The nose is fruity (notably citrus, lemon), floral, slightly oaky, and evokes typical Sauvignon Blanc notes (eucalyptus, linden). The palate is fresh, mineral, round, dynamic, slightly oaky, and expresses notes of citrus (lemon) and, more subtly, white fruit. Precision and elegance in the fruit.
