Côte de Nuits Villages aux Guillandes Capitain-Gagnerot
The Côte-de-Nuits Villages are pleasant and accessible wines. The Pinot Noir gives superb purple reflections tending towards intense garnet, and aromas of cherry, blackcurrant and redcurrant, nuanced by notes of spices and undergrowth. On the palate, these reds are rich and round, with tannins very present in their youth. As for the whites, they have a light gold color and aromas of white flowers accompanied by plum, ripe fruits and spices as they age. These are lively and clean wines that behave elegantly. Both colors can wait in the cellar for a few years.
