Bourgogne Givry
The reds of Givry, very marked by Pinot Noir, have a beautiful personality: their color is purple with violet reflections, their aromas are reminiscent of red and black fruits and violet, with smoky notes. Quite tannic, these wines round out and soften after three to five years.
The whites also reveal all the characteristics of Chardonnay, through aromas of white flowers (lime, lily), honey and lemon. They are well balanced and pleasant on the palate, with a clear light gold color. They have a good length on the palate as well as good aging potential
