Pale pink color with salmon-colored highlights. Delicately perfumed nose combining sweet notes of red fruits and more floral aromas of rose and orange blossom. Soft and silky palate, wonderfully balanced, brightened by notes of citrus zest. Pleasant and persistent aromas with notes of fresh mint. Serve at 10°C. Aging potential: 3-4 years.

Marked by notes of red fruits, nutmeg spice on the one hand, green tomatoes and undergrowth on the other. The palate of a remarkable balance between freshness and elegance continues on velvety, persistent tannins.

Coming from cool terroirs and limestone soils, a Pinot Noir with cherry accents and fine tannins. Serve between 16 and 17°C with poultry in a salt crust, chanterelles with potatoes or delicate cheeses. Alcohol 13°

This wine is supple and fleshy. We find a beautiful mouth in relief on fruit with a liquorice finish. Serve around 16°C with grilled meats or dishes in sauces. Alcohol 13.5°
