Vineyard: The Versant comes from a selection of plots with the best balance between soil, plant and microclimate: Versant Nord for this vintage. Yield control is achieved through optimal nutrition management and disbudding. The Versant Grenache vines are located on sunny hillsides facing north, near Ensérune (Languedoc-Roussillon). The soil is composed of clay-limestone marl which retains moisture and allows good development of the vegetation, developing a beautiful aromatic freshness.
