Founded in 1900, this property, nestled in the heart of the Saint-Tropez peninsula, rose from the ashes in 1998 thanks to its acquisition by Magali and Bertrand Letartre. Vinification The winemaking process is traditional. Tasting This wine has a ruby color. Its nose reveals aromas of ripe jammy fruit, strawberry, redcurrant, and morello cherry. Its palate is supple and easy to drink, with a cocoa and spicy finish. Serving suggestion Served at 17-18°C, it pairs perfectly with a charcuterie platter, grilled white meats, kebabs, or a vegetable and tomato/mozzarella tian with olive oil. |
