Château Haut-Maillet is a 5 hectare vineyard founded
more than two centuries. It is located northeast of Catusseau, on clayey gravel, with landlocked plots in the middle of very
big names in the appellation.

Winemaking
Traditional with regular pumping over and punching down in vats. Maceration for about twenty days.

Aging
15 months in oak barrels (30% new)

Tasting
Wine with a carmine robe, copper reflections, a fine and elegant nose, with slightly spicy and dried fruit notes, with a sustained attack on the palate, the evolution of which is marked by round tannins which give a velvety constant.
