Cuvée du Vieux Pressoir
Loire Valley - Saint-Nicolas de Bourgueil AOP
Vineyard
The vineyard is located in St-Nicolas-de-Bourgueil on the right bank of the Loire on soil made up of gravel and sand. Its territory benefits from a temperate climate with oceanic influence.
Winemaking
Winemaking is traditional. The stalks are separated from the grapes before vinifying them for 18 days in closed vats at low temperatures. The wine is then kept in vats before bottling the following spring.
