Javapublishing sarl, a limited liability company with a capital of €7,623, registered with the Tours Trade and Companies Register under number 418561221, whose registered office is located at 1 rue du Moulin Brûlé, 37530 Mosnes, has established the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use (hereinafter the "GTC-GCU"), which govern access to and use of the Site.

Javapublishing sarl reserves the right to delete your account without notice in the event of a violation of these Terms and Conditions, including:
• In the event of use contrary to applicable law;
• In the event of fraudulent use or identity theft of a third party;
• In the event of infringement of the rights of Javapublishing sarl or a third party.
Javapublishing sarl may also delete your account if it has been inactive for more than one (1) year.

ARTICLE 4. PRODUCTS
The essential characteristics of the Products offered are presented on the Website.
You acknowledge having read this information prior to placing any order.

ARTICLE 5. ORDERS
Orders are placed online via the Website.
To place an order, you must select the desired Products and add them to your cart.
You must then confirm the details of your cart, the total price, or correct any errors, and provide your billing and delivery address, as well as your payment method.
You definitively confirm your order by clicking the payment button. This confirmation constitutes your electronic signature, equivalent to a handwritten signature, and firm and final acceptance of the sale.
Once payment is accepted, the order is validated as soon as possible by sending an acknowledgment of receipt by email to the address you have chosen.
Products are offered while stocks last. In the event of unavailability, an equivalent Product may be offered to you. If you refuse, your order will be canceled and fully refunded.

ARTICLE 6. DELIVERY

The Products are supplied within the European Union, Asia, and North America.
Delivery is made to the address you provided, within the timeframe specified at the time of ordering. The timeframe varies depending on the delivery method chosen.
You are required to receive the Products in person, or to designate a third party for this purpose.
Product delivery is handled by the carrier designated by Javapublishing sarl. It is carried out by handing over physical possession or control of the Product to you, or to the designated third party. For safety reasons, some bottles are packaged in special packaging.
Thanks to special packaging, the bottles travel more safely.
You are required to check the condition of the Products upon receipt. In the event of an anomaly (incomplete order, damaged, torn, open packaging, etc.), you must refuse delivery, indicating your reservations on the delivery slip and informing the carrier of any defects noted. You can also notify Javapublishing sarl using the contact details provided below.
Javapublishing sarl cannot be held responsible for any delay or inability to deliver an order due to an error on your part in providing your contact information. In this case, Javapublishing sarl reserves the right to suspend delivery until the problem is resolved.

ARTICLE 7. FINANCIAL CONDITIONS
1. Prices
Prices are indicated on the Website in euros, inclusive of all taxes. They include the VAT in effect on the date of the order.
Javapublishing sarl reserves the right to modify them at any time. The price applied is the one in effect at the time of order confirmation. Any delivery costs for Products are additional. Their amount is indicated at the time of order confirmation. Exceptionally, in the event of an incorrectly indicated price that is clearly derisory compared to the actual value of the item, the order may be canceled. The Products remain the property of Javapublishing sarl until full payment has been received.

2. Payment
Payment is made by credit card via a secure system or by PayPal or bank transfer. Your payment method is debited upon ordering.
Any refusal of payment or partial payment will automatically result in cancellation of the order, of which you will be notified by email. You expressly declare that invoices will be sent to you electronically.

ARTICLE 8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
1. Legal Right of Withdrawal
The consumer customer has a legal right of withdrawal as provided for in Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code. You may exercise your right, without having to provide a reason, within 14 days of receipt of the Products by you or the third party, other than the carrier, designated by you.
In the case of an order for several Products delivered separately, or in the case of an order for a Product composed of multiple batches or parts whose delivery is staggered over a defined period, the deadline runs from receipt of the last Product, batch, or part.
For contracts providing for the regular delivery of Products over a defined period, the deadline runs from receipt of the first Product. To exercise your right, you must inform Javapublishing sarl of your decision to withdraw by sending, before the expiry of the specified period, the withdrawal form (a template attached below), or any other unambiguous statement expressing your wish to withdraw, to the following address:

You must return or return the Products to Javapublishing sarl without undue delay and, at the latest, within 14 days of communicating your decision to withdraw.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the Products.
You may be held liable for any diminished value of the Products resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and proper functioning of these Products.

Javapublishing sarl will reimburse you for all amounts paid, including delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date it is informed of your decision to withdraw.
Unless it has offered to collect the Products itself, Javapublishing sarl may defer reimbursement until it has recovered the Products or until you have provided proof of shipment of these Products, whichever comes first.
Javapublishing sarl will make the reimbursement using the same payment method used for your purchase, unless you expressly agree to use another payment method, and provided that the reimbursement does not incur any costs for you.
Javapublishing sarl is not required to reimburse additional costs if you have expressly chosen a more expensive delivery method than the standard delivery method offered by Javapublishing sarl.

2. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the following cases:
• The supply of alcoholic beverages whose delivery is deferred beyond thirty days and whose value agreed upon at the conclusion of the contract depends on market fluctuations beyond the control of Javapublishing sarl;
