Château de Rouillac was a delicious wine in the 19th century that Napoleon III was crazy about! It then belonged to Baron Haussmann, a great builder and horseman who had the magnificent Chartreuse and its beautiful stables built. Laurent Cisneros and his family, owners since 2010, have begun major works and rediscovered the soul of this superb estate, restoring all the expression of the exceptional Graves terroir. In order to respect this unique environment, this wine is made using sustainable agriculture. |

Tasting: |
A wine more marked by Sauvignon. The nose is fruity (especially citrus fruits, lemon), floral, slightly woody and evokes typical notes of Sauvignon (eucalyptus, lime). The palate is fresh, mineral, round, dynamic, slightly woody and expresses notes of citrus fruits (lemon) and more slightly white fruits. Precision and elegance in the fruit. |
