The history of the estate dates back to the 16th century, as evidenced by the vaulted cellar still in use today. The House has 80 ha of vines and also owns prestigious appellations from the Côte Chalonnaise, in addition to prestigious appellations such as Vosne-Romanée, Puligny-Montrachet... Owner of 5 Clos including 2 Monopoles, 11 Grands Crus and 13 Premiers Crus are produced there with the greatest respect for the Burgundian tradition. Maison Chanzy also holds the sole monopoly of the Bouzeron Village appellation: the Clos de la Fortune, a jewel of the AOC (2.97 ha).
