A lovely Pinot Noir from the Loire Valley: Light ruby colour. Nose of fresh fruit, cherry and plum. The palate is supple and light, without tannins, finishing with notes of candied fruit. It is best served slightly chilled, around 14°C and goes wonderfully with starters such as summer salads, chicken breasts, flank steak with shallots or veal shank… not forgetting goat’s cheese. Alcohol 13°
