Vineyard: |
The Sarrazin family has a 35-hectare family estate located in the heart of the Côte Chalonnaise, a few kilometers west of Givry. Although its origins date back to the 17th century, its development is recent, with the action of Michel in the 1960s. They have chosen sustainable pest management in order to limit chemical inputs and soil degradation. |

Vinification |
The two Sarrazin brothers have opted for modern harvesting and vinification techniques using gentle vinification that improves the finesse of the wine. It is then aged for 12 to 18 months in barrels, coming exclusively from the François Frères cooperage in Saint-Romain, which gives elegance to the wines. |
