Château La Nerthe is one of the most beautiful and renowned Châteauneuf-du-Pape, with a rich and ancient history. In 1750, the vineyard covered nearly 50 ha and was already exporting to Europe and even to Moscow. In 1784, the first bottling took place at the property. Today managed by Rémi Jean, these 92 ha of vines are managed using organic farming, without chemical fertilizers, weedkillers or synthetic pesticides.
C'est un grand vin. Le premier nez est épicé, avec des notes de cigare et d'encens, puis le fruit apparaît, d'une grande pureté. Il est ferme et concentré en bouche, avec des tanins bien enrobés et d'une grande justesse.
