Dominique Laurent initiated a new style of trading in the late 80s: small structure, very rigorous selection of cuvées and total collaboration with the winegrowers from which he buys wines.
To this was added a technique, ancestral but unprecedented at the time, and taken over since by all its colleagues in Burgundy:
Vinify unarmed grapes and raise these sulfur wines. This wine comes from vines over the age of 50.
