Vineyard The Ménetou-Salon appellation is located in the heart of Berry, in the southwest extension of Sancerrois. We find the same grape varieties there, Sauvignon in white and Pinot Noir in red. This vintage is vinified by the Cave de Sancerre, which brings together nearly 80 winegrowers.
