Vineyard
The Ménetou-Salon appellation is located in the heart of Berry, in the southwest extension of Sancerrois. We find the same grape varieties there, Sauvignon in white and Pinot Noir in red.
This vintage is vinified by the Cave de Sancerre, which brings together nearly 80 winegrowers.

Tasting
A lovely Loire Pinot noir: Light ruby ​​color. Nose of fresh fruit, cherry and plum. The palate is supple and light, without tannins, finishing on notes of candied fruit

It is drunk slightly chilled, around 14°C and goes deliciously with starters such as summer salads, a shallot flank steak, not forgetting cheeses
