Crozes Hermitage Rhone Valley. The wines from the north of the appellation are reds with character, closer to the AOC Hermitages, structured and with good aging potential. Those from the south are less powerful, fruity and should be consumed younger. The dry whites of Crozes-Hermitage are fresh and fruity, with citrus aromas, and can gain in fat, amplitude and aging potential.
