Provence-Korsika

Es wäre falsch, die Provence und Korsika auf ihre Rosés zu reduzieren, von denen einige darüber hinaus ausgezeichnet sind. Es ist auch ein privilegiertes Terroir für Rotweine, manchmal sehr aristokratisch wie in Bandol, manchmal einfach mit hübschen Tanninen und kräftigen Aromen von Garrigue und roten Früchten bestickt. Die Weißen zeichnen sich durch ihre Leichtigkeit und Zärtlichkeit aus. Nichts Mineralisches und Strenges hier. Im Gegenteil, alle Weine haben die Flüchtigkeit der lokalen Bevölkerung. Ein freudiger Überschwang erleuchtet den Tisch wie ein Sonnenstrahl.
